Instructions
Step | Description |
1 | Trim brisket, coat with Dry Rub and salt. |
2 | Smoke at 120 °C (250 °F) for ~5 hrs to 90 °C internal. |
3 | Cube, toss with sugar + more rub, return to smoker 1 hr. |
4 | Rest 10 min and serve burnt ends. |
