4 Boiled eggs
2 Onions (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (pureed)

2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

Step Description
1 Heat oil and sauté onions.
2 Add tomato puree and cook until soft.
3 Stir in Egg Curry Masala and salt.
4 Add boiled eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.
5 Serve with rice or chapati.
