Instructions

StepDescription
1Marinate fish steaks with salt and a pinch of turmeric. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Heat mustard oil in a pan, add mustard paste and Flavor Fusion Fish Curry Masala.
3Stir in green chilies, then gently place the marinated fish into the pan. Cook covered on low heat for 10–12 minutes.
4Turn once midway and ensure the fish is fully cooked. Serve hot with steamed rice.
