Instructions
Step | Description |

1 | Marinate fish steaks with salt and a pinch of turmeric. Set aside for 15 minutes. |
2 | Heat mustard oil in a pan, add mustard paste and Flavor Fusion Fish Curry Masala. |
3 | Stir in green chilies, then gently place the marinated fish into the pan. Cook covered on low heat for 10–12 minutes. |
4 | Turn once midway and ensure the fish is fully cooked. Serve hot with steamed rice. |
