Tamarind Pulp | 2 tbsp |

Onion, sliced | 1 medium |
Tomato, chopped | 1 medium |
Garlic cloves, crushed | 4 |
Mustard Seeds | 1 tsp |
Curry Leaves | 10–12 |
Oil | 2 tbsp |

Instructions
Step | Description |
1 | Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves. |
2 | Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown. |
3 | Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in Fish Curry Masala and tamarind pulp. |
4 | Add 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Gently add fish pieces. |
5 | Simmer for 10–12 minutes until the fish is cooked and gravy thickens. Adjust salt. |
