Instructions

StepDescription
1Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves.
2Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
3Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in Fish Curry Masala and tamarind pulp.
4Add 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Gently add fish pieces.
5Simmer for 10–12 minutes until the fish is cooked and gravy thickens. Adjust salt.
